Orders are delivered to a pickup point in Norway, usually within 5 to 9 days: tees in 5 to 6 days (some sizes up to 7), mugs in 5 to 6 and totes in 8 to 9. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

You'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay. The total at checkout is all you pay, with nothing more to pay on delivery.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. We'll email you when your order ships.

We ship to Norway only.

You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive your order. If it arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when the last one arrives. Let us know at natnael@jenz.ai, or use the withdrawal form, and send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Return shipping is on you.

We refund what you paid, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of the day you tell us you're withdrawing, to the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we've received the item or you've shown proof that you've sent it back, whichever comes first.

If something arrived damaged or faulty, that's a complaint, not a return. Email us your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
